Greengold Optimum Plus allows investors to capitalize on rising food and arable land prices by owning, fully managed, farm land with fixed annual yields. 

Fixed, High and Rising Returns

Greengold Optimum Plus offers Investors annual Income Returns of 8%, rising to 12% in the second year and then up to 20%, plus a Capital Return of 60%, with an exit option after 5 years. There is an average return of almost 20% per year.

Capital Return

At the end of ten years the Investors receive a Capital Return of 60% - i.e. the Amount Invested plus 60%.

If Investors choose to exit after 5 years, they receive a Capital Return of 30% - i.e. their Contribution plus 30%. Large Investors and Consortia receive 30% after five years, plus an additional 6% for very subsequent year.
